Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using GigPadi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

What GigPadi Provides

GigPadi is a workspace for freelancers, creatives, and small business owners. It helps users manage clients, projects, invoices, contracts, tasks, calendar events, expenses, reports, messaging, client portal links, payment links, and related business admin.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account and business details.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use GigPadi for illegal, misleading, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not use GigPadi to abuse, spam, harass, or impersonate others.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to GigPadi, other accounts, systems, or data.
  • Do not misuse invoices, contracts, client portals, payment links, messaging, or calendar invitations.
  • Do not upload or share content you do not have the right to use.

Subscription and Billing

  • GigPadi may offer a 14-day free trial for new users.
  • GigPadi Pro Monthly is currently NGN 8,000 per month.
  • GigPadi Pro Yearly is currently NGN 80,000 per year.
  • New paid subscriptions renew automatically through Paystack until cancelled.
  • Users on older manual-renewal records keep their current paid access period and can move to subscription checkout when renewing.
  • Prices, plan features, trial terms, and billing terms may change with notice.
  • Your access to paid features may expire or be limited when your trial or subscription period ends.

Payments

Paystack processes payments for GigPadi subscriptions and payment verification. GigPadi does not store full card details. Payment processing may also be subject to Paystack's own terms and policies.

User Content

  • You own the client, project, invoice, contract, task, expense, calendar, message, report, file, and other business content you add to GigPadi.
  • You give GigPadi permission to process, store, display, and transmit your content only as needed to provide, operate, support, and improve the service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with your content.

Google Calendar Integration

  • You can choose to connect or disconnect Google Calendar.
  • You control which GigPadi events are synced with Google Calendar.
  • If you invite an attached client as an attendee, Google may send that client an invite email.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of client and attendee email addresses.
  • GigPadi is not responsible for Google service outages, Google Calendar availability, or invite delivery failures.

Invoices and Contracts Disclaimer

GigPadi helps generate and administer invoices, contracts, payment records, and business documents. GigPadi does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. You should review documents carefully and consult qualified professionals where needed.

Availability

We aim to keep GigPadi reliable, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, provider issues, security work, or unexpected outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Termination and Suspension

  • You may stop using GigPadi at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these terms.
  • Termination may limit your access to workspace data, so you should export or save important records where the app provides that option.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GigPadi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to GigPadi for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of GigPadi after changes means you accept the updated terms.
