GigPadi is a SaaS workspace for freelancers, creatives, and small business owners. It helps users manage clients, projects, invoices, contracts, tasks, calendar events, expenses, reports, messaging, client portal links, and other business admin in one place.

Business Details

Information We Collect

Account details such as your name, email address, authentication details, and profile settings.
Business and workspace data you add, including client details, client contacts, project details, invoices, payment records, contracts, tasks, calendar events, expenses, reports, messages, notes, portal links, and uploaded files or assets where supported.
Support messages and other communications you send to GigPadi.
Payment and subscription metadata, including plan, trial, renewal, transaction reference, payment status, and limited card metadata returned by Paystack. GigPadi does not store full card details.
Technical, device, cookie, session, authentication, and security data needed to keep you signed in, help protect accounts, understand reliability, and operate the service.
Usage and analytics data collected through Vercel Analytics and GigPadi's own product analytics where those features are active.

How We Use Information

To provide the workspace features you use, including clients, projects, invoices, contracts, tasks, calendar, expenses, reports, messaging, and client-facing pages.
To authenticate users, maintain sessions, help protect accounts, and help prevent abuse or unauthorized access.
To sync selected calendar events, generate invoices, generate contracts, build reports, and keep related business records connected.
To send transactional emails such as password reset messages, billing reminders, invoice reminders, document emails, and product notifications you request or trigger.
To process subscription billing, verify Paystack payments, manage the 14-day free trial, and manage Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly access.
To improve reliability, account safety, performance, and user experience.

Google Calendar Data

GigPadi only accesses Google Calendar data when a user connects Google Calendar.
GigPadi uses Google Calendar access to create, update, and delete calendar events that the user chooses to sync from GigPadi.
GigPadi may generate Google Meet links for events when the user enables that option.
GigPadi may add an attached client as a Google Calendar attendee only when the user enables "Invite attached client."
GigPadi stores Google OAuth tokens on the server side, rather than in the browser, so the integration can continue working.
GigPadi does not read the user's full Google Calendar in V1.
GigPadi does not sell Google Calendar data.
GigPadi does not use Google Calendar data for advertising.
GigPadi does not share Google Calendar data except as needed to provide the requested calendar sync, meeting link, and attendee invite features.

Third-Party Service Providers

Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, and related backend services.
Paystack processes subscription payments and payment verification.
Resend sends transactional emails.
Google Calendar and Google APIs provide the optional Google Calendar sync, Google Meet link, and attendee invitation features.
Vercel provides hosting, deployment, infrastructure, and analytics services.

Cookies, Sessions, and Authentication Storage

GigPadi uses cookies and local or browser storage where needed for authentication, session management, theme preferences, account safety, and core app behavior. Disabling these technologies may prevent parts of the service from working.

Data Retention

We keep user and workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
You can request deletion of your account or workspace data.
Some billing, legal, tax, audit, abuse-prevention, and security records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
You can disconnect Google Calendar from GigPadi. After disconnection, GigPadi will stop using your Google Calendar connection for future sync actions.

Your Rights and Choices

You can access, update, or delete account and workspace data from the app where those controls are available.
You can disconnect Google Calendar from the integrations settings.
You can request account deletion or data deletion by contacting support@gigpadi.com.
You can contact support if you need help understanding or managing your data.

Security

GigPadi is designed to keep service secrets and integration tokens on the server side.
The Google client secret is intended for server-side use and should not be exposed to the browser.
We work to use practical safeguards that reduce unauthorized access and accidental data loss.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children and Minors

GigPadi is intended for business use and is not directed to children. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to GigPadi, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

International Users

GigPadi may process and store information in countries other than your own through our service providers. By using GigPadi, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed where our providers operate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as GigPadi grows or as legal, technical, or business requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
